Sleep apps would be a reality in Android 12

As proven, the idea consists of Add a new service to the systemwho is responsible for “managing hibernation”. This allows apps to go into this state when they are not used frequently, which optimizes the storage space used by each application.

Those familiar with iPhone or iPad devices will know that Apple has built the capability of into its operating system “Hibernation” applications that are not in useThis will remove the resources from the device, but keep the icon so that the user can access them again if necessary.
